Act 496, To Amend The Digital Product and Motion Picture Industry Development Act of 2009, provides:
- • Rebates of twenty percent (20%) of qualified costs in connection with the production of a state-certified film project; and
•An additional ten percent (10%) of the payroll of below-the-line employees who are full-time residents of Arkansas
